What are people's thoughts about Ingress and Egress issue in Crystal Bay? Do the people who visit this pristine part of the lake have a right to enter land parcels they do not own? Is this technically trespassing? As defined by the definition: "the criminal act of entering another person's land or property without permission of the owner or lessee" Dogs and other pets are doing their business on these lots. People are there all day long from sunrise to sunset....where do they go to the bathroom? mmmmmm?

Yard Work / Landscaper Here is what I need: 3/4 acre needs spring cleanup of property; i.e., pick up small branches/large sticks. As needed (about every 10 days) mow and trim. After that, keep the lawn mowed through the growing season--rake as needed. for rick, my aunt and uncle owned circle park, their mane was waterhouse. the beach there was the best. there was a huge toboggan and several different sized diving boards. we stayed summers up in the trailer park on the hill. my grandfater had a cottage on the cold springs side, his name was walters. i was born in 60 so i had so many WONDERFUL memories of the lake. we came back to visit in 2003 and actually rented a house on the circle park side that was next door to homer waterhouse old place. it sure is not the same but the smells were there!!!

To Rick-- I have been coming here since I was born. Growing up my sister's worked at the old hotel--the dance hall at the Cold springs coffee shop. We spent time on the toboggan at Circle Park, the water wheel at Cold Springs and the huge skating rink, also at Circle Park. In town the top feature was the Pharmacy combo fountain shop and Wolf Brothers Dry Good and food market. Clark's Landing was still mostly Mable Clark's farm--she lived in what had been the farmhouse and her son Floyd was beginning to develop the marina....
